【Platform Announcement】The "7-Day Transition" for Grain Replacement Remains Soft: Don't Rush to Roll Back to the Previous Tier—Refer to These 4 Guidelines Before Deciding

Public announcement. All announcements · Alternate version · App

The 7-day transition method is a general recommendation, but in reality, a common point of failure is to treat all soft stool as "new food discomfort", so frequent back and forth switching makes it more difficult to stabilize the gut microbiota. Use the 'exclusion method' below to make the decision more specific (more suitable for writing it in your daily notes).

Please check these four items first before deciding whether to return the previous batch of grain:

1) Is the dosage based on "heat" rather than "volume": Different particle densities make "half a bowl" not equivalent between old and new grains.

2) Have other variables been added: whether snacks, freeze-drying, dairy products, or leftovers from dining out started in the same week; If so, the variable source should be prioritized for annotation, rather than blaming the new grain first.

3) Whether soft stool is accompanied by poor mental state, refusal to eat, bloody stool, or frequent vomiting: If any of these conditions occur, do not undergo a "food exchange experiment" at home and seek medical evaluation first.

4) Has the transition period been compressed: Many people claim to have 7 days, but in reality, 50% of the new grain will be available on the 3rd day; Please write down the proportion curve honestly in the record, only then will the review be meaningful.

If you ultimately choose to return: Please record the "return ratio, starting from the day, and changes within 48 hours" for comparability in the next transition.

Explanation: This article discusses common feeding transition recording methods and does not constitute an individualized nutrition or treatment plan.
